Testing Policy

Please note that testing and three-way report meetings must be scheduled for Saturday or Sunday.

Cancellation policy: Please notify me (by email) within 24-48 hours in advance of your cancellation so I may contact a family on the waiting list. If there is a ‘fail to show’, (1) you will be billed a non-refundable cancellation fee (300 USD) for cost of the lost session and (2) when you re-schedule, the entire fee is due upon re-scheduling the appointment. Thank you for understanding the need for this policy.

Written reports cannot be released until the balance is paid in full.
