What will it cost?

Rate: The cost of a psycho-educational evaluation (including written report and report meeting) is 1, 200 USD. Please pay before the evaluation begins. Payment is in cash and in USD. Written reports cannot be released until the balance is paid in full.

Insurance: Most insurance companies do not offer benefits for psycho-educational evaluations. Ms. Key does accept insurance and she is not listed as a provider with any insurance company. Services are considered private pay and in cash only (USD).

Cancellation policy: Please notify Ms. Key (by email) within 24-48 hours in advance of your cancellation so she may contact a family on the waiting list. If there is a ‘fail to show’, (1) you will be billed a non-refundable cancellation fee (300 USD) for cost of the lost session and (2) when you re-schedule, the entire fee is due upon re-scheduling the appointment. Thank you for understanding the need to have this policy.
